VIP Training Information
What is VIP Training?:
Olentangy Schools require all volunteers to attend a short one hour training session. Volunteers, who have attended this training at Freedom Trail last year, do not need to attend this year. This training is important for the safety of all Freedom Trail students and those volunteering. At this training, a VIP Fact Sheet must be read and signed in order to work with the students. Once you are trained, VIP name tags will be made and distributed to you via your child as soon as possible.
When is VIP training?
Freedom Trail Elementary will hold VIP Trainings on:
- Wednesday, September 1st at 7:00pm
- Friday, September 3rd at 9:30am
Training will begin in the Commons at Freedom Trail Elementary. You only need to attend one of these sessions. No RSVP’s are necessary, simply show up at the training session time that is convenient for you. Please contact Jill Fate, VIP Coordinator, if you have any questions or if you need to be trained but cannot attend one of the training times above. You can leave a message for her in the PTO mailbox or reach her at jfate@insight.rr.com.
Need a New Badge?
If you lost your badge from last year, please email Jill Fate at the address above to have a new one made.
